                              ORDINANCE NO.   9840 
                  
                  
                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE,
                   PART II, SECTION 24-504, SCHEDULE IV,
                   RELATIVE TO ONE-WAY STREETS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section
       24-504, Schedule IV, as amended, be and the same is hereby 
further
       amended so as to add the following:
            East Seventeenth Street, westbound from the intersection
                 of Old Ringgold Road to a point approximately 150'
                 west of the intersection.
           
       	    	 SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall be effective two (2)
       weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
